The Advantage Machine has several control options available.

There are two options to choose from for the standard Control.

1) Vision Lite

Smart. Capable. Cost-Effective.

The Vision Lite is a numeric-based control system designed to provide powerful functionality while remaining cost-effective and user-friendly. It offers flexible programming options that simplify machine setup and operation.

  • Supports 4 axis machines (Ram, Crowning, Backgauge X and R Axis)

  • Standard 7” touchscreen or upgrade to a 10” touchscreen

  • “Position mode,” “Table mode” and “Teach mode” programming options.

  • Save a large amount of programs

  • PLC based control using Schneider components.

2) ETS Control

Proven. Simple. Reliable.

The ETS Control has been the trusted standard on Advantage machines for many years. Designed for straightforward operation and dependable performance, without unnecessary complexity.

Features:

  • Supports 2 Axis machines (Ram and Backgauge X-Axis)

  • 4 line LCD Display

  • 100 on Board Programs

  • 9 Steps per Program

  • Easily Set and Save Ram Positions

  • Tonnage Mode Programming

There are two options to select for control Upgrades:

1) Full Vision control

The Full Vision Control — the same advanced system trusted on our Y1/Y2 Accell line — is now available on the Rocker Arm. This powerful, next-generation press brake control transforms the bending process, making complex jobs faster, easier, and more precise than ever before.
