MDNA

The Machinery Dealers National Association (MDNA) is a nonprofit trade association whose members buy and sell used capital equipment. ANSI

The American National Standards Institute (ANSI) is a national, non-profit organization made up of a variety of private and public sector members. The principle function of ANSI is to establish industry-wide standards that are put in place through a process of consesus among qualified participants.


OSHA

In recent years, both government and industry organizations have made a concerted effort towards creating a safe and healthy workplace. In the USA, the Occupational and Safety Health Act (OSHA) was enacted by congress at the federal and state levels to protect the health and safety of its citizens, and is applicable to all private employers who are involved in interstate commerce.
