Offered in a variety of sizes to suit your needs, the channel-lock adjustable
die provides a high level of versatility with openings beginning at 1".
The steel base is machined with several t-slots running front to back to
facilitate anchoring the riser blocks into the desired die opening location.
Quick die opening adjustment is accomplished by loosening cap bolts on the
riser blocks, which lifts the riser free of the base to enable front to back
positioning to the desired die opening.
Hardened Inserts
Flame hardened inserts provide extra heavy load capacities and longer life. These replaceable,
hardened die inserts are mounted into the riser blocks allowing for a durable wear surface.
T-slots for Mounting
T-slots assist in mounting the riser blocks into the desired die opening
channels.
Base heights may be increased over 3.25" to accommodate the closed height of
the press brake ram.
