Accurpress Tooling

Quality Certified Tooling

The finest quality general purpose tooling, manufactured to exacting standards, measured and certified to interface with CNC controls. Measurements are provided on floppy disks for direct entry into the Accurpress ETS3000 control. Each tool is individually identified by a serial number for quality reference and ease of future duplication and matching.


Hardness

We select only the highest quality pre-hardened brake die material available... 4150 steel with a 270-300 Brinell, 28-32 Rockwell C hardness.


Length

Available up to 24' in length.

Segmented Punch and Die
  • The tooling segments above will yield tool length combinations starting from 1/2" and increasing by 1/4" increments
  • Segmented tooling can be cut and milled to your specifications
  • Safety tang strongly recommended for the male punch
