You want repeat accuracies - and that is exactly what Accurpress delivers through its meticulously engineered frame, ram, bed and ETS controls.

The basic structure of the Accurpress consists of side frames, bed assembly, ram, double rocker arm assembly, and a torque tube. All sections are sized and engineered in accordance to the tonnage of the press brake to realize the ultimate in rigidity and durability. The heavy torque tube, welded to the double rocker arm assembly, synchronizes the hydraulic cylinders to maintain ram parallelism.

Ram and bed crowning is carefully machined into every Accurpress in order to minimize die shimming for parallel bends. Press brakes which are designed with flat or no crowning will deflect out of parallel under load, which necessitates time consuming shimming.

High ram repeat accuracies of ±0.001" are obtained via the ETS programmable logic control in conjunction with high quality hydraulic and electrical components. An optional Advantage Package is available offering repeat accuracies of ±0.0004".

Prior to shipment, every Accurpress is put through a series of very detailed and vigorous tests to verify that it meets all performance and accuracy standards.
